David K. Aaker, an internationally recognized speaker, author and facilitator, is leading an interactive, 2-hour customer service workshop at The Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort, your Chamber’s Gold-level partner.

Aaker’s presentation, “Turning Service into Sales,” is presented in 2 identical sessions, one from 8 to 10 a.m., the other from 2 to 4 p.m. Comcast is the Presenting sponsor, with further support from AAA Arizona, Panera Bread and HSL Enterprises.

Aaker is a past Chamber executive who now serves on the faculty of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute, a national training program for non-profit professionals.
